شرکت پیمانکار رتبه یک نفت و گاز جهت تکمیل کادر بازرگانی و خرید خود (تهران) از افراد واجد شرایط ذیل دعوت به همکاری مینماید:

Job Description (Commercial and Procurement Expert) With electrical and instrument experience ------------------------ • Draft RFI and RFQ. • Sourcing for finding best suppliers according to AVL • Market research for analyzing competitors. • Tracking offers technical status from Engineering Department up to Final Step (TBA) • Making commercial bid analysis comparing major items (CBA) • Prepare, maintain and review purchasing files and Keep records as data base • Send PO to suppliers and accomplish PO attachments • Order follow up with suppliers in order to PIM & KOM meetings and deliver the goods to warehouse align with lead-time and company needs. • Payment follow up in order to pay suppliers invoices align with payment agreement. • Communication, getting and issuing inspection notifications, according to ITP and communication with inspection company and coordinate to inspect cargo-shipment process and shipping docs • Analyze information about supplier performance or procurement program success • Preparing Commercial documents • Tracking orders process to meet the deadlines and preparing order status reports • Cooperation with Logistic and Financial team for keeping records updated • Receiving/recording final release note and shipping documents and MRR (Material Receiving report) • Preparing reports for Commercial Manager Requirements • Purchasing and Procurement knowledge • Fluent in English (Speaking, Writing and comprehension) • High level of Computer Skills; windows & Microsoft Office (word, Excel, power point, outlook) • Good communication skills • Bachelor/Master in industrial engineering/ management, commercial management. • At least 5 years’ experience in purchasing / procurement field. • Employment type: Full Time
